The transformation of raw, rough timber into smooth, refined material begins with precision and care. Each piece passes through a state-of-the-art planer, where skilled handling and sharp blades work in harmony to shave away imperfections, reveal the timber’s true grain, and produce clean, uniform surfaces. This process not only enhances the wood’s natural beauty but also prepares it for flawless integration into any project—bringing quality craftsmanship to life from the very first pass.

Each 20-foot container arrives neatly packed with approximately 18 cubic metres of beautifully dressed Vitex decking—totalling around 5,000 lineal metres of timber. Inside, the timber is organised into 10 carefully prepared packs, each containing 500 lineal metres of premium decking. Precisely milled and ready for installation, every pack reflects the natural beauty and strength of Vitex, delivered with consistency and craftsmanship in mind.
